Firstly, I'm getting a dog. Its a Bichon Frise called Guinness. He's one year old and the breeder wants to sell because he breeds show dogs and this dog apparently doesn't enjoy the shows. Apparently they're not barky dogs so the Council is happy for us to have one. We're collecting him on Saturday though we've got to buy dog things before then. He lives in a cage, apparently, which sounds rather barbaric until I realised that that is a carrying-case thing and you don't close the door.
The other news is just that I've bought a new mp3 player. It was £30 at Dixons and really quite good. Much the same as my previous one, same amount of memory and that, just doesn't have an irritating clip on bit that you stick to yourself. The headphones were designed by a man or a poser though, as they require you to hang the memory-bit round your neck on a complicated bit of string which has headphones threaded round it. Looks ridiculous and seems to require you to have a breast pocket.
I had an unexpected biology test today. Well it shouldn't really have been unexpected I suppose only I didn't go last week and didn't read up on what we were supposed to be doing this week, so I got a bit of a surprise. I handed in all my work as well, even though some of it wasn't quite finished and all of it was crap but there isn't much more I could do with it and besides which I think I have physics work to be doing. The test was very hard, fortunately everyone found it hard so it wasn't just me. I could hardly remember anything so had to make things up at strategic points. Apparently we're doing the brain next week though which should be fun.
Aside from that there isn't much to tell. The parents came home and were pleased with the state of the house which possibly proves that I have sadly become domesticated at last, and I am back to sleeping half the day and being awake half the night after having been relatively good for a few days. I even went to Tower Hamlets this morning, where no one cared that I didn't go last week, and they neither had paper nor the forms we are supposed to fill in each week.
And now I'd better go as I seem alarmingly unable to type the words I am intending and this is taking ages.
