Having Fun

Well, I am a happy bunny lately. I had a practical in physics, doing stuff with springs. Not exactly hard, and we had three hours to do three experiments and write them up. The lecturer said my results were textbook-perfect and almost suspiciously good. Which I'm pleased about. I seem to be quite good at practical work - just need to work on the theory I think. I got 87.5% (again, weirdly) for the biology assignment, which is good. Anything above 70% is a bonus really, as I just need to get the 70% to get a distinction.

Aside from that a book I've been waiting for got published. I've been reading a series by an Australian author called Trudi Canavan, a general fantasy trilogy with the standard fantasy storyline. Still rather good, and I'm pleased to have found another author I like. Anyway I've been waiting ages to read the last book in the series, as for some reason they were published in the US and Australia ages ago but have only just made their way over here. So I was most pleased to see the book in the shops.

And to top things off my parents have gone away up north for a week, so I get to watch whatever I want and do whatever I want for once. Which means I'm going to watch the Simpsons tonight, as mum would never let me watch that normally.

Now all I need is my copy of GTA: San Andreas and I shall be happy indeed!
