Better!

Maybe these ups and downs are to be expected. perhaps I was expecting too much, thinking I'd get better right away.

Who knows. Still, I'm off to the Jobcentre tomorrow to finish signing on, then to write some more for my other site.

I'm feeling happy again. Almost more than happy, if you know what I mean, like my heart will burst - but the sodium valproate stops it going over and into abnormal. At the moment, I'm just very happy :)

Which pleases me no end (as it would)
