Shopping....tres exciting

*yawn* ugh am I tired. Didn't sleep much last night, nasty dreams (about being sectioned & then attacked). Had about four hours sleep in the end - far less than normal for me.

Went shopping today. I am now the proud owner of a new pair of trousers. Thats how exciting my life is.

Actually one thing I have been wondering about: sodium valproate (the new drug I'm taking) is supposed to have a side effect of weight gain - so how come I've lost a dress size? And even on a lower size my trousers are slipping! Weird. But not exactly unpleasant.

Strange things - strange fancies I suppose, have been happening today too. I'm a bit confused. But I'm too tired to talk about them right now so, later. Parents are going away for a couple of days so I'll write more tomorrow.
