Back from parents' house

I've just got back from my parents' house. I decided to stay a bit longer than planned as they were going down to London.

Things still aren't good. I still feel awful, and I keep getting scared at nothing.

And I'm having trouble getting another appointment with the psychiatrist - I rearranged it last week to get an appointment tomorrow, but just found a letter saying its next week instead!! I'm going to have to ring his secretary tomorrow and ask about it.

I've been trying to get hold of Gillian, Lynn or Shirley, but can't reach any of them.

I don't want to be alone tonight.
